Yoga By The Bay in collaboration with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, is back due to popular demand!
Now that the evenings come sooner and the weather is cooler, we're moving indoors; join us in the Canvasback room (located next to the deck where we practiced all summer) for an hour of yoga beginning at 5:30pm, followed by a half hour of meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel. Drop in rates for the general public are $12 (available online here).
The weather could become a bit dicey, so our tentative schedule is as follows:
Dec 13th & 20th;
Jan 3rd, 10th, 17th, & 31st;
Feb 7, 14, 28;
March 7, 14, 21, 28
