In this two hour workshop:
We'll discuss the ways you might add yourself to your to do list;
We'll practice yoga meant for everybody and every body;
We'll leave with a personal self care mission statement to implement at home and keep as a reminder that self care is never selfish.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a water bottle.
You are also encouraged to bring an old fashioned pen 'n' journal or the modern-day equivalent to record your thoughts. We look forward to seeing you soon, and hope you'll reach out with any questions you might have.
